LETH`S RYU KARATE DOH -SEN-SHIN-DOJO M.I.K.A
It´s a way of life to me . It´s a process of a very sophisticated physical movements to educate and develop the body and spirit of the karateka with the idea to achieve peace of mind, harmony, calmness and serenity in the everyday living of the karateka and trying always to do away with violence and not to inflict injury to no one unnecessarily. The fighting skills are to be applied solely to protect our life or the life of a family member or perhaps a friend in need of help.
This is the bottom-line creed which I as a founder would very dearly like for every student to follow.

From the master.
In practicing the martial arts, one learns the way of life, not just the skills of living. Ultimately they demand that one be not merely efficient or expert on skill, but that one master the way. Students and observers alike are sometimes puzzled by the fact that they must be familiar with methods of concentration, equilibrium and focus before they can take up the specifics of punching, kicking, blocking and breaking. The truth is skills (important as they are) are secondary to right motivation, if self-defense were a matter only to protecting oneself against external attacks this might be accomplished with a gun, knife or a dog, while there is nothing wrong about being a sharpshooter it is limited to marksmanship and that is all. The martial arts go further they show a process that must be carried as one carries heart and soul always and in all things. A candidate for a martial arts school has by admittance begun to learn compassion and how to spend life in the art of total living. Hence the school is in a very elevated sense a sacred place for anyone who respects human dignity and autonomy. That is why students are required to bow at the entrance of the dojo, bowing towards their potential selves and pledging their sincerity and loyalty. The martial art KARATE DO is not only a physical practice but as mental and spiritual as well, whose objective is the ideal self whose salvation is achieved by emptying the mind of all base desire. Today as in every age people are desperately in search of something to believe in. materialism was always left man hollow, politicians have betrayed their elector’s confidence, and many persons experience the heartbreaks of broken homes and loss of faith in god. How does one cope with life’s endless frustrations? There can be no happiness in life greater than communion with god, the creator of the universe the Christian god is above all, providential and personal. In the end even Napoleon Bonaparte, who had for most of his life spurned faith, conceded to Christ. “I know men” he said and I tell you Jesus is more than a men. Comparison is Impossible between him and any other human being who ever lived. Buddha and Confucius were great men and founders of world religions, but were they god? A man who was merely a man wouldn’t said the sort of things Jesus said, this was and is the “son of god”. The martial arts recognize man as part of a dynamic nature, the concrete experiences of life, natural phenomena and man´s awareness of himself in relation to others contain ultimate reality for the martial artist. Man´s cosmos includes the potential for proper appreciation of the divine order of things, the terrible blissful power that brings all things into existence. In his participation with creation in a vast community of forces, man can realize his own nature and importance by cooperating with the inner necessity of the whole. Thus, when he lives in the fullness of the eternal rhythm, the martial artist realizes his most profound level of awareness, he is indeed the artist of life. The LETH´S RYU KARATE DO expert carries his training into every facet of his life experiences, so he is poised and confident not only on the DOJO floor but also in the way he walks and talks on the street.
